Shipping
All items ship within 1-3 weeks, unless you have been contacted and spoken to about other timelines. All items shipping within the U.S. ship via USPS Priority mail. All items shipping internationally will be shipped via USPS 1st class mail.

Cleaning
Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Hang, or lay flat to dry.

Refunds
Our Products are made per order, therefore are non-refundable after 24 hours, as they have entered assembly queue.  Considerations are made if you notice a manufacturing error. Please thoroughly inspect your straps upon receiving and reach out within 30 days if there is an issue. Refunds may be provided on a case by case assessment. 

Shipping fees on all returns will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

By purchasing and/or using these straps, you assume all responsibility for your own safety. Please inspect straps upon receiving for any defects, and contact us within 30 days of receiving if there is an issue. You must routinely inspect the straps for any wear, tear, or defects which can occur after repeated use. Do not use straps that are compromised in any way from their original form, and replace when needed.

In consideration of your participation in activities using aerial straps, the customer, individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Lyons Straps from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any actions associated with their products.

Privacy
Lyons Straps will never sell or share your personal information with any source, individual, company, or entity outside of our own company. The only customer information gathered and stored by Lyons Straps is the customer order history and shipping information gathered during sales through our website. We respect all rights to privacy and personal information.
