Returns and refunds

Our Products are made per order, therefore are non-refundable after 24 hours, as they have entered assembly queue. Considerations are made if you notice a manufacturing error. Please thoroughly inspect your straps upon receiving and reach out within 30 days if there is an issue. Refunds may be provided on a case by case assessment. 

Shipping fees on all returns will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
