By purchasing and/or using these straps, you assume all responsibility for your own safety. Please inspect straps upon receiving for any defects, and contact us within 30 days of receiving if there is an issue. You must routinely inspect the straps for any wear, tear, or damage which can occur after repeated use. Do not use straps that are compromised in any way from their original form, and replace when needed.

In consideration of your participation in activities using aerial straps, the customer, individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Lyons Straps from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any actions associated with their products.
